THE
$LUNC FILES — CASE 10
THE ACCUMULATION SIGNAL
We've spent the last few cases following wallets moving
#LUNC toward exchanges.
Now let's investigate the opposite direction.
What really happens when
#LUNC keeps leaving exchanges?
Truthfully, Exchange outflows can sometimes indicate that tokens are being:
Moved to personal wallets, Staked, Held for long-term gain and Repositioned into custody
But here's the important warning, Champs:
Outflow does NOT automatically mean accumulation.
For a fact, the tokens could simply be moving between wallets and this is why one transaction means very little.
We need to watch the pattern:
OUTFLOW to DESTINATION to SIZE to FREQUENCY to DURATION
If an exchange balances consistently decline while demand remains steady or increases, the amount of LUNC immediately available for trading could potentially tighten.
And this is where things become interesting☺️
Because markets are ultimately driven by the relationship between:
AVAILABLE SUPPLY, DEMAND AND LIQUIDITY
The investigation isn't trying to prove that every outflow is bullish, but rather It's trying to determine:
Are people actually removing LUNC from the market to hold it or are the tokens simply moving somewhere else?
