Can you withdraw from Binance yet? Depends on the coin

Lots of people asking this today so I put together what's been confirmed so far.

Withdrawals came back this morning, but not all at once. Binance is opening them network by network, starting with the coins people used most last week.

$BTC was the first one back, shortly after 06:00 UTC.

After that came $ETH , USDT and USDC on Ethereum, plus $BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain.

Still rolling out in phase one: $SOL, $XRP, $DOGE, $SUI and $ZEC, plus ETH and stablecoins on Base and Optimism.

Binance also says 10 assets are now fully backed: $BTC , $ETH , USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC. The rest is still being bought back.

Two things to know:
Withdrawals might be slow for a while because everyone is trying at once.

Always check the withdrawal page or the network status page before sending anything. This is changing by the hour.

The full proof of reserves is supposed to come early this week. That's the one I'm waiting for.

I watched $8.00 hold twice last week, so this felt different — a network coming back online, not just a relief spike. Finnhub puts $AVAX at $8.805, up 4.39%, in an $8.425–$9.06 range; DefiLlama has Avalanche TVL at $543.48M, up 2.40% in 24 hours.

Leaning bullish, not strong: weekend flows prove little until the full reserve proof lands 3 Nov. Plan: entry $8.43–$8.81, targets $8.94, $9.02, $9.06, stop below $8.425. Half at target one, quarters after, stop to entry.

Risk: a snapshot is not the proof. Close below $8.425 and I'm wrong; break $9.06 and $9.09 decides it. Trust the break before 3 Nov, or wait for the proof?

If your BTC sat stuck since Thursday, this felt personal. The chart hasn't celebrated: $BTC is around $77,925, up 0.77% (Steemit, 09:00 UTC), inside $77,263–$78,068, while 71.6% of Binance futures accounts were long at 07:00 UTC (Blockchain.News). Crowded longs under a ceiling, not a breakout.

I'm leaning neutral. Above $78,068, $79,050 opens; below $77,263, relief fails. A close below $77,263 proves me wrong.

Finnhub: $BTC 78,043, up 0.80%, off a 77,263 low, as Binance reopens 15 networks between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC with 95% of the $6.3B covered. $ETH at 2,267 says the same: traders are stepping back in, not running.

I lean cautiously bullish while 77,897 holds. A break of 78,068 opens the 79,710 reclaim chased since 30 Oct; rejection sends us back to 77,263. Wrong on a close below 77,263.

Watching the 79,710 reclaim with me, or waiting until the 09:00 UTC window closes?

While $DOGE withdrawals reopened this morning, $SHIB slipped under $0.00000476 — and it wasn't even on phase one's list.

Finnhub's numbers put $SHIB around $0.00000470, down 1.47% from its $0.00000476 open, range $0.00000466–$0.00000476; OKX agrees at $0.00000470. Five days flat (+0.41%) after a 14.21% month — I know how tiring that wait feels.

Binance's 06:00–09:00 UTC phase one named DOGE, not SHIB, so SHIB waits for its phase. I'm leaning cautious, not writing it off — $0.00000460 held on 30 Oct.

Reclaim $0.00000476 and $0.00000484 is next; a close below $0.00000460 proves me wrong. Watch $0.00000476 on $SHIB — reclaim or $0.00000460 break decides it.

Binance Reopens Withdrawals: Phase One Is Live, 95% of Losses Covered 🔓

Three days after the record $6.3 billion hack, Binance is restoring withdrawals in phases. Phase one is scheduled for today, November 1, between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC.

🪙 Major assets such as $BTC , $ETH , $BNB , SOL, XRP, and DOGE, across multiple networks.
📊 Assets and networks were prioritized using the past week's user demand data.
🔜 Other assets and networks will reopen as they pass security and stability checks.

💪 Recovery progress

Binance says about 95% of the affected assets are now replenished, up from 80% a day earlier. The top assets are fully backed, and the remaining ~5% is in low-liquidity tokens it is still buying through market and OTC channels. Binance has repeated that it, not its users, will absorb the loss.

⚠️ Tips for users

⏳ Expect heavy traffic and possible delays.
✅ Check the withdrawal page or network status page for your asset.
🚫 Ignore anyone offering to "speed up" withdrawals.
🧘 Withdraw what you need, and avoid panic moves.

🎯 Takeaway: A phased, controlled restart is the safer route. The next milestone is the Proof of Reserves result, due November 2.
