binancecomplaints

Hello. My case has already been formally scaled under Case ID #171727628 and Reference CC10178206.
The initial support agent already validated my issue and explicitly confirmed that the 'definitive resolution and refund proposal' were ready. However, due to a technical glitch in your chat system, the option to claim it never appeared. Then, escalations agent Daisy W negligently tried to deny the refund for the 36.52 USDT by using data from a glitched Predict market order ('The Market order could not be executed').
Your internal server logs have the full record of this system error and the subsequent balance deduction. I demand that you honor the refund that was already approved by your team and credit the 36.52 USDT to my account immediately. I will only update or take down my public complaints once the funds are fully reflected in my balance.
