昨日黄金冲高回落，前期上探至4217点后承压下行持续回落，最低下探4154。下跌后止跌企稳，进入低位小区间震荡修复，尾盘小幅反弹，收盘于4171，行情进入震荡修复阶段

1小时级别来看，4154探底后形成支撑，低点抬升短期下跌动能衰竭，反弹第一目标看向4220，若反弹遇阻无法突破，会再度回落测试4150低点，一旦跌破新一轮调整开启

操作建议：4150-4160哆 笋4140下方 目标4200-4220（承压接空）

Price is currently hovering in a distribution zone and the structure is screaming exhaustion. We've got rejection wicks stacking up and momentum is clearly fading on the 5-minute timeframe. This isn't the time to be a hero on the long side. 🧐

Looking at the levels, immediate resistance sits at 4292.33445 and that's where sellers are clearly defending. If we somehow push through that, deeper resistance at 4335.674526 would be the next wall, but honestly the setup favors downside from here.

Here's my plan:

📉 Entry Zone: 4250.6613 to 4167.315

🎯 TP1: 4187.94320925 — this lines up perfectly with first support at 4187.94320925, so expect a reaction there.

🎯 TP2: 4166.8982685 — second support at 4166.8982685 is the next logical target.

🎯 TP3: 4145.85332775 — third support at 4145.85332775.

🎯 TP4: 4124.808387 — final support at 4124.808387. This is where I'd be looking to take the bulk of profits.
