1️⃣ Lire la tendance (graphique 1 j)
La crypto monte, baisse ou stagne ? Si tu vas contre la tendance, tu rames.
2️⃣ Trouver la zone (graphique 4H)
Où sont le support (le prix y rebondit) et la résistance (le prix y bute) ? Un prix au milieu de la zone, c'est la prudence.
3️⃣ Regarder le DXY (indice du dollar, 4H)
Dollar en hausse : vent souvent contraire pour les cryptos. Dollar en baisse : vent plutôt favorable. C'est un indicateur de plus, pas une vérité.
4️⃣ Calculer le ratio
Entrée, stop (où tu sors si ça tourne mal), objectif. Vise au moins 1:2 : pour 1 risqué, 2 espérés.
5️⃣ Décider AVANT de voir le résultat
Entrer, Attendre ou Passer. Note ta raison, puis ne change jamais la décision après coup.
💡 Acheter (Long) ou vendre (Short) ? Même méthode en miroir : on cherche un support pour acheter, une résistance pour vendre.
✅ « Passer » est souvent la bonne décision.
❌ Ne copie personne à l'aveugle : comprends, puis décide par toi-même.

Entrée, stop (où tu sors si ça tourne mal), objectif. Vise au moins 1:2 : pour 1 risqué, 2 espérés.
5️⃣ Décider AVANT de voir le résultat
Entrer, Attendre ou Passer. Note ta raison, puis ne change jamais la décision après coup.
💡 Acheter (Long) ou vendre (Short) ? Même méthode en miroir : on cherche un support pour acheter, une résistance pour vendre.
✅ « Passer » est souvent la bonne décision.
