今天打开盘面，BTC 报 78048.52000000，热搜却被 SAFE、ARB、PONS、SKR 抢走。我偏偏在想：越是小币热，越该先等 BTC 给方向。

我的选择：等待。触发条件是 BTC 在这个价位附近走稳，热点币的急拉也没有马上把判断打乱。条件出现前，不追 SAFE、ARB、PONS 或 SKR 的短线冲高，不因为热搜名单里出现新名字就临时改规则，也不把一根快线当成趋势。

看盘时最容易被带走的是顺序。先看到涨幅，再给涨幅找理由；先看到热搜，再把热搜当成方向。今天的热度确实集中在几个名字上，可热度没有告诉我它们下一步还能走多远。普通交易者要处理的不是「哪一个最强」，而是能不能说清楚，什么现象出现后才允许改变判断。说不清，就先不动。

BTC 78048.52000000 这个数字不漂亮，也没有替我提供答案。它只是今天的参照点。价格靠近它时，我会看波动有没有收窄，反弹有没有连续性。如果盘面还要靠几个热搜币轮流吸引注意力，等待的代价只是少看一段刺激，追错方向的代价却更难收拾。没有确认，就不把情绪当触发器。

我也给这个选择留了退路。等待不是把判断无限期往后推，而是把验证条件写在纸面上。明早回看时，只问一个问题：BTC 是否完成向上的突破，并且让这个突破保持到复盘时。若没有，今天的等待不能被包装成「差一点就对了」。只是条件没有出现，选择也没有理由提前改变。

次日复盘：明天 09:30，观察 BTC 是否突破 78048.52000000；只有突破并保持到复盘时，这个等待判断才算成立，突破无法保持则失效。

Ethereum just woke up, but the real question is whether this is the start of a bigger move or simply a violent bounce from the lows.
Looking at the 3D chart, what catches my attention is the sudden push from the $1,500 area toward $2,300+. That kind of move can attract buyers fast, but it can also punish anyone who enters after the candle has already run. I’d rather watch the next battle than chase the current one.
The first lesson here is simple: a strong green candle is not confirmation by itself. I want to see whether ETH can hold above the breakout area and turn previous resistance into support.

I’m not interested in predicting the exact top. I’m interested in watching how price behaves when it reaches the next resistance. If ETH breaks $2,592 with strong volume and holds it, the battlefield could open much higher.
The question is: Is ETH starting a real trend reversal, or are we just witnessing another relief rally?
