The v27 Golden Week upgrade was successfully deployed on the Filecoin network in September 2025. This update introduced BLS12-381 precompiles to minimize friction for developers working with BLS signatures in consensus, identity systems, and rollups. As a result, applications built on Filecoin have seen tangible improvements in both performance and compatibility.
The intake for ProPGF Batch 2 has been robust, with over 100 applications submitted.
