UPDATE: The 2nd Biggest Bitcoin Mining Firm Sue For Wasting Company Resources
An American-based bitcoin mining company, Marathon Digital, is being sued in U.S. District Court in Nevada by Shareholders. Marathon Digital shareholders sued its CEO, Fred Thiel, and other top officials for wasting company resources.
Fred Thiel and three other officials are also accused of wrongdoing that resulted in a lawsuit against the firm by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This is not looking so good for bitcoin, as one of the biggest mining firms by market capitalization is about to fall apart.
