📢 Important Update: USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contracts Funding Rate Settlement Frequency

Binance continually optimizes its product offerings to enhance your trading experience. We are announcing an important update regarding the funding rate settlement frequency for USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contracts.

Effective from **2026-01-02 12:00 (UTC)**, a new condition will be implemented. If the funding rate for USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts, which currently have a 1-hour settlement frequency, falls to an absolute value of 0.025% or less for 16 consecutive cycles, Binance Futures will revert their settlement frequency.

This means the contracts will return to their standard funding rate settlement schedule. This adjustment aims to ensure market stability and fairness under specific low funding rate conditions.
