The entry of Chinese vehicle manufacturers into the Old Continent is moving forward at an unstoppable pace.

According to the latest data from the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA), new passenger car registrations in the region grew by 3.6% in May, reaching 1,152,523 units registered across the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom 📊.

This strong upturn is driven by brands of Chinese origin, whose market share is building exponential growth figures that already stand at three digits 📈.

The expansion strategy includes launching models designed for local audiences; in fact, one of the Asian firms has introduced two new vehicles to the Iberian market, naming one of them with a name rooted in Spanish tradition to connect culturally with consumers 🇪🇸.
