Terms & Conditions:
- All users are required to have a Binance account and log in to access Bixel.
- Users can enter a prompt and choose a style to generate an AI-created image, and upload their own image for the model to use as a reference.
- Each user has a maximum of 10 free image-generation quotas daily, which will be reset at 00:00 (UTC+0). Generating variations of the initially generated images will also count toward the daily quota. Upscaling an image does not count towards the daily quota. Please note that each generation attempt will generate 4 different images.
- Confirmation of deletion will permanently delete the generated image from Bixel and users will not be able to retrieve them.
- Users must complete Identity Verification (KYC) to mint a generated image into an NFT. Each mint costs 0.008 BNB. The contract will be created on BNB Chain and assigned to the default Bixel AI-Powered NFT Collection. Please note that once an image is minted into an NFT, it cannot be upscaled.
- Users should ensure they have a sufficient balance in their Spot Wallet before attempting to mint a generated image into an NFT.
- Each image can only be minted into an NFT once, but there is no limit to the number of images that can be minted into NFTs.
- Users must complete Identity Verification (KYC) to list, trade, or withdraw their minted NFTs via Bixel.
- Only minted NFTs can be set as avatars on Binance. Images generated cannot be used as avatars.
- Users must strictly abide by the Binance Terms of Use and Binance NFT Marketplace Terms of Use.
- Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.

- Users acknowledge and agree: (i) that Binance has made available the use of a third-party open AI image generator software as Bixel on Binance and that Binance does not control, review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representation with respect to this software and any output from this software; (ii) that Bixel is made available for your convenience and use at your own risk; and (iii) to the terms and conditions for the use of the third-party open AI image generator software which may be accessed here.
