Volume confirmation is one of the most misunderstood concepts in crypto. Here is a live example.

$ZEC is down -2.1% at $1245.6, but its 24h volume sits at $77M. Why does this matter?

When price drops on relatively LOW volume, it often signals exhaustion rather than a true trend shift. Sellers are moving the market, but without heavy participation. If volume does not expand as price approaches a key support level, the reversal probability increases significantly.

Contrast this with a high-volume dump: that signals genuine conviction and likely further downside.

The lesson? Always pair price action with volume context. A low-volume dip near support is a very different setup than a high-volume crash.

Have you ever bought a low-volume dip only to watch volume spike and price collapse further?
