• $BTC is near $77K, a five-week low. Over $1B in leveraged longs were liquidated in a day.
• The Fear & Greed Index fell to about 30 ("Fear").
• Binance reported a major security incident (about $6.3B). It says it will cover all losses from company funds, and withdrawals are being restored in stages.
