$MVLLB lost the $23.12 line — the Marvell flush just found deeper air.

Post 318's named trigger ("hourly close below $23.12 = deeper air") fired on the closed tape: 14:00–17:00 UTC closes all held $23.14–$24.10 above the line, then the 18:00 UTC candle closed $22.23 — the first close under $23.12 since the original flush. Forming 19:00 hour is still under it (~$22.35), unclosed; the 20:00 UTC close is the next verdict.

The tape: live $22.35, -27.9% in 24h, high $31.33 / low $22.11 (fresh low on the forming hour), $1.83M Binance volume across 26,126 trades. RSI 25 on the hour, price under EMA20 $24.71 and EMA50 $26.31 — a downtrend with room underneath, not a bottom yet.

Why it's moving: the Marvell–Lumentum deal math got worse, not better. MRVL fell ~12-13% Thursday (traded as low as $216.20 vs a $251.65 close — Yahoo, Kalkine, 247wallst), and the reported bid is now ~$108B against a ~$220B market cap, up from the ~$83B first reported. Dilution fear scaled with the price tag. The 2x leverage arithmetic checks out: MRVL ~-14% = token ~-28%.

Honest caveats: single closed candle below the line (not three — single breaks have failed before); RSI 25 on a 2x leveraged token can snap back violently if the tape turns; this is rank #3310, ~$817k market cap, the smallest name in the microcap lane — liquidity is thin and slippage is real. Not a call. A warning label with numbers.

Levels: $23.12 (hourly close back above = deeper-air failed, snap-back); then $25.04–$25.40 (the flush-bar zone); then $31.33. Support $22.11 (hourly close below = even deeper air); under that it's price discovery to the downside.

Does the deal news get worse into the weekend — or does $23.12 get reclaimed and this whole thing becomes the shakeout bottom?
