I would delegate portfolio rebalancing, cross-chain bridging, and monitoring gas fees to an agent.
What is still difficult on-chain is ensuring absolute security against MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) bots and malicious contracts. It's hard to trust an agent if it can't perfectly simulate transactions before execution.
What would make me trust an agent with more responsibility is a transparent, on-chain audit trail of its actions, and a built-in "kill switch" or spending limit (ERC-7710 style) that I control. I need to know it cannot drain my funds even if it hallucinates.
