That’s more than the GDP of Italy. In one quarter.
The numbers from TRON’s Q3 report are worth sitting with for a moment.
$2.21 trillion in stablecoin settlement — up from Q2.
$93.88 billion in USDT + USDD supply on TRON — up 5.5% QoQ, 14.9% YoY.
18 million monthly active addresses — up 9.8%.
$30 trillion cumulative transaction volume crossed during the quarter.
Daily fees actually fell — from $0.668 to $0.643 per day — while the network handled more volume. More usage, lower cost per transaction. That’s what scaling is supposed to look like.
Here’s the framing that most people miss.
Visa processed roughly $3.9 trillion in Q3 2024. TRON processed $2.21 trillion in Q3 2026 — in stablecoins only, on a permissionless network that anyone with a smartphone can access.
The comparison isn’t perfect. Visa handles consumer payments; TRON handles stablecoin settlement, which includes exchange flows, remittances, and institutional transfers. Different use cases.
But the scale is in the same conversation now. That wasn’t true three years ago.
408 million total accounts. 15 billion total transactions. $28 billion TVL.
The network isn’t waiting for adoption. Adoption is already here.
