🛰️ SpaceX plans to launch orbital AI data centers that will be more powerful than the entire International Space Station. Elon Musk shared new details on SpaceX’s Star Mind project, a network of orbital supercomputers. Each satellite will generate over 250 kW of solar energy—20% more than the entire ISS—and use NVIDIA GPUs, likely GB300, liquid radiators about 160 m², and SpaceX-made solar panels, according to Musk. The economics and viability of orbital data centers, including long-term solar radiation effects, remain uncertain.
