USDe and sUSDe from Ethena are now live on TRON and can be bridged through Stargate.
This gives TRON users another type of digital dollar beyond USDT. USDe uses a crypto hedging strategy to target $1, while sUSDe adds a yield component through staking.
The timing is interesting: TRON already has 403M+ accounts, 15B+ transactions, $94B+ in USDT and $28B+ TVL.
For now, DeFi support is still developing. JustLend DAO and SUN.io are expected to add support soon.
The key question: can USDe build real usage on TRON beyond simply being another stablecoin? 👀
