According to on-chain monitoring, a wallet linked to Justin Sun has requested to withdraw 5,000 ETH, worth approximately $12.3M, from Lido.
This is reportedly the first unstaking request from the address since July 18, 2025.
The reason?
Still unclear.
Sun reportedly still holds around 243,000 stETH, worth nearly $600M, so this is only a small portion of his overall position.
But the timing is interesting.
This comes shortly after the latest HTX drama, including controversy around HTX-linked “dust” transfers and increased compliance scrutiny surrounding the exchange.
