#dusk $DUSK @Dusk

Last night, I decided to delve deeper into the Dusk Network, or more specifically, their new phase of decentralization through the OpenDusk initiative and treasury voting, which launched in August 2026. Most blockchains offer a single answer to the question "how to fund ecosystem development?", relying on closed foundation decisions, while Dusk offers the community the opportunity to decide the fate of burned block rewards 🧐.

I like the depth of their internal architecture: this feature honestly transfers control of resources to those who hold tokens and participate in the network. This is important because sustainable development is impossible without a transparent funding mechanism for new applications and tools.... But I also think that direct democracy in treasury matters is always a risk. The effectiveness of such an approach depends entirely on the activity and competence of voters, when the majority actually finds it easier to shift responsibility to the core team.

As I pondered these questions, I found myself wondering: will a decentralized treasury truly be a powerful growth engine for the RWA sector, or is @Dusk simply creating the illusion of control for the sake of marketing? Are we willing to invest the time to explore complex budget proposals for the sake of the network's future, or will community apathy ultimately lead to the fund being managed by a select few?
