Binance Alpha has made me look at @TermMax from a slightly different angle.
What interests me isn’t just another token appearing on Alpha. The bigger question is whether TermMax can make on-chain lending more practical when the collateral itself isn’t highly liquid.
Fixed-rate lending and real-world assets sound simple on paper, but the real test comes when a borrower defaults. How is the collateral handled? How quickly can it be transferred or recovered? And does tokenization actually solve the liquidity problem?
That’s the part of TermMax I’m watching most closely. Alpha brings attention, but the real value will come from how well the product works beyond the hype.
