SafePal disclosed a data breach exposing order records of 39798 customers.

An authorization flaw in a third-party order-tracking plugin allowed unauthorized access to names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and purchase details for orders placed between March 2 2025 and April 11 2026.

Private keys, seed phrases, and funds were not compromised.

The firm patched the issue, reduced data retention to 90 days, notified affected users, and removed over 30 related phishing sites amid rising industry security scrutiny.
