About damn time tbh. Been waiting for actual clarity instead of regulation by enforcement for like... years now?
Wonder if they'll actually DO something or just talk in circles again. The industry needs clear rules on what's a commodity vs security, how exchanges should operate, custody requirements... basic stuff that shouldn't take this long
