Daily trading routine
⏰ Morning – Market preparation (15–20 min)
• Quick news review on CoinDesk, The Block or your trusted source to catch key events (regulation, hacks, macro announcements).
• Sentiment check with the Crypto Fear & Greed Index and social media (Twitter/X, Telegram).
• Chart scanning on 1D and 4H:
• Overall trend (EMA 20 and 50).
• Marked support/resistance zones.
• Key levels of the entry/exit plan.
• Update alerts on TradingView or exchange for target prices.
🌤️ Noon – Light follow-up (5–10 min)
• Open app/exchange just to see if any alert was triggered.
• Check volume and price reaction if approaching key levels.
• No clear signals = no new trades.
🌆 Afternoon/Evening – Execution session (20–30 min)
• Confirm if there was a breakout or loss of critical levels (according to the plan).
• Enter only if:
• There is confirmation in candle close.
• Volume is above average.
• Place stop loss and take profit immediately.
• If there are open positions:
• Adjust stops if the price moved in favor.
• Take partial profits according to targets.
📓 End of day – Logbook (5–10 min)
• Record each trade (entry, exit, reason, result).
• Note market observations.
• If there were losses, evaluate if the plan was followed to the letter.
🔑 Golden rules for your routine
1. The plan rules: if there is no confirmation, there is no entry.
2. Less is more: avoid checking the price every minute.
3. Discipline + repetition = consistent long-term results.
