Five years ago, I met a senior in Shanghai who easily withdrew more than 12 million from the crypto world using the simplest method.
He taught us that simplicity is the essence of the Dao. When it comes to trading cryptocurrencies, if you overthink it and consider too many factors, your judgment will become less accurate.
Those who lose money trade cryptocurrencies like this. To make a profit is actually quite simple: just find a method that suits you and that you are good at, and repeat it. Before you know it, your account balance will rise. This advice from my senior has stuck with me to this day.
The method used back then, I have consistently employed in practice, and compared to other methods on the market, it is indeed simpler and more practical. Below, I will share this method with you; as long as you can learn it, while you might not be able to multiply your investment by dozens or hundreds like my senior, at least making some pocket money should not be a problem.
Alright, without further ado, let’s get straight to the point. The method is very simple; just remember this mnemonic.
First, wait for high and low adjustments. When the market is in a sideways consolidation, it’s best to observe for a while because after consolidation, a breakout will occur. It’s best to take action after a clear trend appears.
Secondly, don't become attached to hot positions; frequently change your holdings. From start to finish, it can end up being empty. All hot positions in short-term trading are speculative, and once the hype fades, capital will immediately leave. If you run slow, you’ll be left behind, confused in the wind.
Third, a jump in price with a bullish gap has hope. During the upward trend, if the K-line rises slowly and a high opening bullish line appears with increased volume, it indicates that the market is entering an acceleration phase. At this time, we must remain calm, hold steady, and anticipate a significant profit later.
Fourth, do not cling to huge bullish candles; exit decisively at the end of the trading day, whether at high or low prices. After a huge bullish candle appears, a pullback will occur, even if it hits the limit up, you should exit. Because we need to prevent profit pullbacks.
Fifth, if you buy on a bearish line, you should also buy on a bullish line, and if you sell on a bearish line, you should also sell. Here, the line refers to moving averages or important support or resistance levels. Short-term traders generally only look at daily moving averages and daily attack lines. I don’t like to beat around the bush; short positions generally only last three days, at most a week. Even if it gets better later, it has nothing to do with me.
Sixth, do not chase highs, do not sell, do not panic sell, do not buy, stay flat. This principle can be said to be fundamental for survival in the crypto world. If you want to survive in the crypto world for the long term, you must remember this saying.
Seventh, when buying, prepare first. It’s better to enter less than to enter too much. No matter how confident you are, you cannot invest all your funds at once. Because in the crypto world, the only constant is change.
Before taking action, ask yourself four questions:
1. What is your reason for buying?
2. What is your operation plan?
3. What will you do after a decline?
4. What is your follow-up plan after being stuck? As long as you can anticipate everything and have a response to the facts, you will certainly achieve stable profits.
