"Peace be upon you. The buyer committed fraud by taking my account number and attempting to access my bank account several times, which caused my bank account to be closed for 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes so that I wouldn't check for the arrival of the funds, and when I entered, I found no money, and he did the same thing again, causing my account to close once more, as shown in the picture. At that point, I contacted the bank agency I deal with and asked them if the money had arrived in my account, and they told me no money had arrived. When I asked them to send me a picture of the receipt, they told me to wait because the network was weak, and I waited a long time until they sent me a video they modified to look real."

I sent this message to the support team along with a video recorded on another phone.

In fact, I was dealing with a criminal gang whose goal is to pressure you to panic and release the currencies, then all your money will disappear.

He was asking me to give him my phone number to communicate via WhatsApp.

I told him I would not continue talking to you on any platform other than Binance, and he claimed that I was scamming him and sent me a video that seemed real recorded with a screenshot. Here I realized that Binance says the video must be recorded on another phone.

I sent a mediation request and stopped talking to them; they are many people whose goal is to scam and defraud.

I swear, if it weren't for my long experience in this field, I would have been scammed because everything they do seems real.

Thank you for Binance's support in such critical cases.
