#日内交易策略

Day Trading (日內交易策略) is the practice of buying and selling assets within a single trading day, aiming to profit from short-term price fluctuations, without holding positions overnight to avoid overnight risk. Common tools include: candlestick charts (5 minutes to 1 hour), moving average crossovers, VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price), MACD, and RSI among other technical indicators.

Day trading emphasizes high efficiency and risk control, requiring clear entry and exit points as well as stop-loss levels, and proper management of position size and leverage ratios. Its advantages include flexibility in responding to market fluctuations and quick profit realization, while its drawbacks include frequent trading, high mental stress, and demanding skills in market judgment and execution speed.

It is suitable for experienced traders who can monitor the market continuously and is not recommended for beginners unless they have undergone simulated training and risk management planning.
