One positive aspect is that they have stopped the loud denunciations and prohibitions against cryptocurrencies, which is a very good signal. However, a brief look at the draft shows it to be quite crazy. I hope they don't exploit too aggressively. I'm waiting to see how things unfold in the future. But I hope they don't try to manage it too much. Personally, if I get scammed in this market, I accept the consequences without needing their management.
