With listings on Binance often driven by hype, trading volume, and community support, three altcoins have emerged as strong contenders for May: Housecoin (HOUSE), UXLINK, and AERO.

HOUSE is attracting attention on Solana and is trending on X (formerly Twitter), while UXLINK led the latest community vote on Binance despite not being selected. AERO remains the dominant DEX on Base, supported by strong ecosystem growth and increasing DeFi volume. All three show strong fundamentals, growing visibility, and momentum that could align with the potential for Binance listings this month.

Housecoin

Housecoin has recently become one of the most talked-about meme coins. Launched on PumpFun, it quickly garnered attention across the Solana ecosystem. In April, it surpassed a market capitalization of $100 million. Despite a slight decline, it maintains a strong position at $87 million.

This token is also trending on X (formerly Twitter), which could enhance its chances of being listed on major exchanges. HOUSE has dropped nearly 9% in the past 24 hours, but the increase in social engagement could help maintain interest.

Traditionally, exchanges listing meme coins attract attention and quickly boost trading volume. From DOGE to BONK, visibility often drives early listings. In less than three months, Housecoin has risen to become the 72nd largest token on Solana.

HOUSE could follow a similar path to other breakout meme coins if the growth momentum continues. It has tapped into the massive real estate narrative, one of the most popular asset types globally.

UXLINK is an infrastructure project and Web3 social platform claiming to have over 54 million users. It is positioned as one of the most actively engaged tokens in the Arbitrum ecosystem.

In recent months, UXLINK has consistently trended in the Arbitrum space. It received the most votes in Binance's latest community listing round, although it was not selected in the finals.

Since peaking in mid-March, the token has dropped about 30%, struggling to regain its strong upward momentum. However, it has risen 3.7% in the past 24 hours, with volume surging 200% to $75.8 million—a sign of renewed interest.

Although overlooked in the previous round, the highest number of votes indicates strong community support. This support could boost the chances of a listing on Binance in the future, especially if the trading volume and level of engagement remain high.

Aerodrome Finance

AERO remains the leading DEX on the Base blockchain, maintaining its position even as applications like ZORA grow in popularity. It continues to play a central role in DeFi activity and user growth on Base.

With Content Coins still trying to gain traction and the weekly DEX volume on Base rising 22% to over $5 billion, AERO is well-positioned to benefit from the expansion of the ecosystem. As Base grows, AERO is likely to solidify its dominance.

AERO has increased nearly 60% over the past 30 days, despite a 4.5% drop in the last 24 hours. It is currently ranked as the 4th largest coin by market capitalization among the coins listed on Binance Alpha. If this uptrend continues in May, AERO could rise back to $1, indicating a potential increase of 44% from its current level.
