Facing critical hits? What is the real reason behind BTC's recent rise and fall of five thousand points?

Last night's tariff information was just a trigger; the real reason is the liquidity exhaustion in the crypto circle.

Since the last bull market, a large number of worthless altcoins have launched, and in a market worth 30 trillion, its real liquidity is not even 7 layers deep.

To pinpoint the causes,
1. The previous wave of altcoins didn't die out completely; they weren't fully washed out.
2. This time, too many unqualified projects have come into the crypto circle, draining liquidity.

Take Ethereum L2 for example: OP, ARB, POL (originally MATIC), STRK (which has been transitioning to BTC L2), ZK—these VC tokens are purely offloading, trapping retail investors at the peak, and their market value is still so high?

Isn't it obvious that this is a false market value? How can this liquidity be released?
1. Push it up to previous highs? Retail investors sell, increasing market liquidity.
2. Smash it down; if it doesn't work once, do it twice, N times, until the coin price drops by another 100%, or even 200%. Is that feasible?

Look at Ethereum now; isn't it aiming for 1500? If BTC experiences a market like yesterday's three more times, can Ethereum hold at 1200?

Regardless of how the market moves, we confront reality. With the right direction, we won't be trapped.

A rebound is just a rebound; one must not become infatuated with it.

Set a limit for yourself on the number of trades; 2-3 opportunities a week is actually enough. Avoid frequent trading.

Now, patiently wait. The relationship between the hunter and the prey is always changing.
