If it is supposed that the price will drop tomorrow due to the application of tariffs, why did it start to rise yesterday and today?

I have 3 possible causes.

1- The price will rise as much as possible and tomorrow it will fall, bringing profits to those who entered and losses to many others.

2- No tariffs will be applied

3- I am sleepy
