Binance founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ) recently launched a new feature called “Pay to Reach,” allowing users to send private messages directly to him by paying BNB tokens and receiving guaranteed replies. This feature is implemented through a third-party platform, ReachMe.io, without the need for registration, aimed at addressing the massive amount of irrelevant messages CZ receives daily.
Initially, the message fee was gradually raised from 0.04 BNB to 0.2 BNB (currently about $125), which led to a flood of spam messages due to the low price. CZ stated that adjusting the price is to “control the daily message volume to the optimal level of about 10 messages” and emphasized: “Please do not waste funds sending irrelevant content.” Paid users can receive a reply within five days, and if not, they will receive a 50% refund. Currently, this feature has attracted nearly 70 KOLs, with prices ranging from 0.01 to 0.2 BNB.
CZ promised that all BNB obtained through this feature would be donated to charity, explaining that this move aims to optimize communication efficiency rather than merely managing time.
