Don't pay anything, they are scamming you in no way, Binance operates like this. If you have assets, convert them to fiat money and send it to your account, or do a P2P.

Hello, I want to know why I haven't received my earnings yet. I am new to this, I have invested about 400$ and so far I cannot recover what I invested. Now they are telling me that I have to pay 320$ . They are only asking me for money and I still haven't recovered my earnings.
