Binance highly values the many valuable opinions of the community. We have always stood alongside the community, and Binance's development and success rely on the support of the community. Recently, we have launched two community governance mechanisms for listing: voting for listing and voting for delisting, to strengthen the management of spot listing and empower community users with greater rights to participate in decision-making.

We invite users to participate by voting on the first batch of projects for listing through the official post on Binance Square (which will be live within 30 minutes after the announcement). The first batch of voting listing pool includes only BNB smart chain tokens in Binance Alpha. Future voting rounds will expand to include all tokens in Binance Alpha.

We will consider multiple factors to determine the voting listing pool.

Project fundamentals and performance metrics:

  • Applications, infrastructure projects, and other non-meme projects:

    • Real use cases: Established real user base or verified application data

    • Business model: A viable business model with a clear growth path and profit potential

    • Industry relevance: Related to popular crypto themes and emerging narratives

  • Meme tokens with a strong community base and cultural resonance

Tokenomics:

  • Token distribution: The number of holders and the concentration of holdings among insiders, market makers, or developers

  • Token unlock schedule: Token unlock arrangements and progress

Secondary market performance:

  • Trading volume, liquidity depth, and historical price volatility

  • Fully diluted valuation (FDV) and market capitalization (MCap)

Technical risk assessment:

  • The potential risks associated with tokens and related contracts

  • Code quality, innovation potential, system complexity, centralization risks, external audit history, third-party dependencies, and previous security incidents

Team background and compliance review:

  • Assess the background and historical record of the team and related personnel

  • Review regulatory compliance risks

This round of voting for listing tokens will be opened for the following projects, and we will select two tokens for listing on Binance Spot after completing the official due diligence and procedures.

* Please note: All projects listed in this voting have been presented on Binance Alpha. The voting mechanism for listing tokens will not change the existing due diligence review process for listing on Binance, which is mandatory for all tokens listed on Binance Alpha. Binance will continuously monitor the performance and quality of assets on Binance Alpha.

How to vote:

  • The voting period will start within 30 minutes after the announcement is released and will last for 7 days, from March 20, 2025, 01:00 (UTC+8) to March 27, 2025, 00:59 (UTC+8) (the “Voting Period”).

  • Users must log into their verified Binance accounts and hold at least 0.01 BNB in their main account during the voting period for their votes to qualify.

  • Each user can vote for a maximum of 5 projects and may choose not to use all 5 votes.

  • Each verified account can only allocate one vote to one project.

  • All votes must comply with the terms and conditions of the voting for listing tokens (“Terms and Conditions”). Ineligible votes and votes that violate the terms and conditions will be disqualified at the end of the voting period. We will announce the final valid vote count after the voting period ends.

  • Only votes cast under the official posts on Binance Square will be considered and counted.

  • Results will be updated in real-time on the official Binance Square channel, but these results are not final.

  • The voting results will not directly determine whether or not to list tokens on the spot market; the decision to list depends on comprehensive due diligence. Additionally, the timing of listing on the spot market will depend on Binance's listing procedures.

  • Tokens not selected for this round of spot listing still have the opportunity to participate in future voting pools, depending on their long-term performance and quality.

  • Accounts or sub-accounts registered in illegal bulk do not qualify to participate and will be removed after voting ends. If an account is involved in any violations of the terms, Binance reserves the right to cancel the user's eligibility to participate in activities.

  • Binance reserves the right to decide and/or modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this activity, eligibility terms and standards, selection, and timing of any actions. All participants shall be bound by these revisions.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with Binance program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance program code.

  • Binance retains the final interpretation rights for this announcement and the activities described herein.
