The five stages of growth in cryptocurrency trading.
New to the cryptocurrency world, good luck favors but hides crises.
When I first entered the cryptocurrency world, like most people, I relied entirely on luck, buying whichever coin seemed appealing. Perhaps it was an extraordinary stroke of luck, or perhaps it was the so-called beginner's protection period at play, but in the first six months, my assets skyrocketed by several times. At that time, I was so elated that I lost my sense of direction, inflated to the extreme.
However, reality quickly doused me with a bucket of cold water. The market is ruthless and cruel, and good luck cannot be a constant companion. In a single transaction, my assets were instantly halved. At that moment, I truly realized that the trading market is not an ATM; the money earned by luck is often lost by skill.
Delving into technology, building a trading system.
That heavy failure made me realize that relying solely on luck in the cryptocurrency world would not lead to longevity. So, I began to reflect and learn, embarking on the path of studying trading knowledge and techniques. I read a lot of professional books, spent all day immersed in various information platforms, seeking opportunities, gathering trading insights, and combining them with technical indicators to strive to construct my own trading system.
When I first entered the cryptocurrency world, if the goddess of luck happened to smile upon me, it was indeed a golden opportunity to learn. During the beginner's protection period, I learned more techniques and improved my analytical skills. When I felt I had mastered enough trading skills, although I no longer suffered significant losses and had the ability to counter risks, my assets did not experience explosive growth. However, my understanding of the market became much deeper, thus beginning my journey to seek the true meaning of trading.
Comprehending the way of trading, focusing on trading psychology.
As I accumulated experience, I gradually realized that various trading indicators and systems are not the core determinants of profit and loss. At this point, I shifted my focus to the psychological aspect of trading. I found that many times, successful trading is about being decisive in action and patiently waiting, rather than being blindly impulsive and frequently opening positions. This actually aligns subtly with the intuitive trading mentality I had when I first entered the cryptocurrency world.
I fully understand that predicting the market is as difficult as climbing to the sky, so I turned to building an independent trading system and adhering to my trading logic. I gradually learned to manage my positions and leverage reasonably, calculating returns on a monthly basis, no longer getting entangled in the gains and losses of a single transaction.
Trading gradually stabilizes, forming mature trading logic.
Once I had a clear trading logic and a complete trading system, as long as I strictly adhered to the principles and calmly accepted both losses and profits, I could achieve overall small losses and large profits, becoming a stable trader and investor. At this stage, I naturally gained recognition and respect from others, and even earned the title of 'teacher.'
Of course, there will occasionally be black swan events that impact trading logic, but black swan events are rare; one must firmly adhere to the trading logic honed through countless trials.
Trading becomes effortless, becoming a top trader.
When trading skills are at their peak, I can respond effortlessly to various indicators and market conditions, and profits and losses have long been calm, with emotions tending to stabilize. At this point, it seems as if I possess a trading intuition; trading is no longer about pursuing excitement but solely about achieving continuous profits. Thus, I finally embody the demeanor of a top trader, possessing patience, perseverance, and trading wisdom far beyond the ordinary.
The road to trading has no end; it requires us to keep learning and continually improving. From initially dabbling in the cryptocurrency world to being adept at it, only by continuously refining the trading system and understanding the way of trading can we achieve stable profits in the ever-changing market. In trading, no one can claim to never incur losses, but achieving small losses with large gains is the goal we always pursue.
