According to documents filed in the Federal Court of Brooklyn, SafeMoon's Chief Technology Officer Thomas Smith appeared before Magistrate Judge Cheryl Pollak to withdraw his previous plea of not guilty. The accused admitted to conspiracy to commit fraud.
