Both JTO and ARKM have listings on the Korean exchange, but JTO has the JTO/KRW pair while ARKM only has the trading pairs ARKM/USDT and ARKM/BTC. This could be the reason why JTO is pumping strongly and maintaining a better price, as they primarily trade the KRW pair in Korea.
