Here I will discuss how to judge false breakouts and breakdowns at key positions
1. False breakout:
Occurs in an upward breakout structure, retracing to key levels such as support, trend lines, and resonance support. If these supports are invalid and a bearish candlestick pattern appears, it can be traded, with significant momentum allowing for a retracement trade.
2. False breakdown:
Breaking through a key position, quickly forming a doji & low volume with small-scale consolidating candlesticks returning to the key position and breaking through again allows for a reversal approach.
These two techniques apply to trading methods at key positions during recent consolidation phases, where the first instance is effective, the second position is not fresh enough, and it's advisable to trade lightly with stop-losses, and the third instance should not be traded on the non-right side.
Later, I will combine this with my views on BNB over the past few days and demonstrate the techniques on a chart.
