Ripple has secured a second consecutive win against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Judge Torres dismissed the regulator's intention to appeal a court ruling from July that favored Ripple. The trial is now set for April 24, 2024. In addition, Ripple has been recognized in a prestigious Fintech 100 list for its efforts in modernizing cross-border payments. The company also revealed the XLS-39 Clawback feature, which aims to add a new layer of token control for the XRP Ledger (XRPL) by enabling users to "claw back" in case of fraudulent activity.
