The Korean cryptocurrency exchange alliance DAXA closely monitors advertising.
According to information from Foresight News, the Korean Digital Asset Exchange Alliance (DAXA) has just issued new regulations to prepare for the Virtual Asset User Protection Law coming into effect on July 19. These regulations include the 'Real-Time Monitoring Rule for Abnormal Transactions' and the 'Standard Advertising Rule.'
The Real-Time Monitoring Rule for Abnormal Transactions establishes a warning system, initially applied as a self-regulatory measure. This system, which has now become a mandatory requirement for all exchanges under the new law, outlines the general market monitoring processes that need to be implemented. These measures aim to enhance the oversight of digital asset transactions and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Additionally, the Standard Advertising Rule stipulates the processes and methods that exchanges must adhere to when conducting advertising campaigns. These regulations are established to standardize advertising practices, ensuring that marketing activities are conducted transparently and responsibly.
