Binance is adding 5 more stocks today — but these are NOT the same thing as the perpetual contracts Binance launched earlier. 👀

Starting at 13:30 UTC today, Binance Stock Trading adds:

• BRUN — Boost Run
• GRML — Greenland Mines
• OCTV — Octave Intelligence
• USDE — StablecoinX
• WSE — Wise Group

Here is the distinction worth understanding:

Stock trading ≠ stock perpetual futures.

Binance states that its introducing broker routes these securities to Alpaca Securities for execution, clearing, settlement and custody. Binance itself does not custody the securities.

Binance also says fully settled shares become eligible for Fully Paid Securities Lending (FPSL) after T+1 settlement.

🕌 For Muslim investors, that creates two separate questions:

1️⃣ Is the company itself acceptable under the Shariah screening methodology you follow?

That can require checking its core business plus financial ratios.

2️⃣ Which optional features are being used around the shares?

Owning a screened company’s shares and enrolling those shares into a securities-lending program are not automatically the same financial arrangement.

I’m not declaring any of these five stocks halal or haram.

📌 Screen the company AND understand the product structure. Don’t assume every instrument carrying the same ticker works the same way.
