قیس سے روایت ہے کہ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نےدیکھا کہ حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ خطنہ ارشاد فرمانے کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے تو انہوں نے اللہ تعالیٰ کی حمد و ثناء بیان کی اور پھر فرمایا ۔

اے لوگو!تم یہ آیت پڑھتے ہو ۔
“اے ایمان والو! تم اپنی فکر کرو۔ جب تم ہدایت پر ہو تو گمراہ لوگ تمہیں نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتے۔”

لیکن میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو کہتے سنا۔
“جب لوگ برائی کو دیکھیں اور اسے روکنے کی کوشش نہ کریں تو قریب ہے کہ اللہ سب پر عذاب نازل کر دے۔”

اس حدیث سے ہمیں یہ سبق ملتا ہے کہ اگر ہم معاشرے میں برائی دیکھیں تو اسے روکیں ،ورنہ انجام برا ہو گا ۔

It is narrated from Qais that he said: Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) delivered a sermon, then he praised and glorified Allah and then said:

O people! you recite this verse .
"Ó vós que credes, cuidem de vocês mesmos. Aqueles que estão extraviados não podem prejudicá-los enquanto vocês estiverem no caminho certo."

But he said I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:
“Quando as pessoas veem o mal e não tentam detê-lo, é quase certo que Allah trará punição sobre todos.”

This hadith teaches us that if we see evil in society, we should stop it, otherwise the end will be bad.
