How can I see how much fee I have paid?
First, open the Binance funding contract interface, click on today's realized profit and loss, then click on funding fees and commissions, check the fees box to see how much fee you have paid to the exchange.
How is the fee calculated? Generally, it is the position value × fee rate equals the fee.
So what is the position value? It is your position, and the fee rate is 0.15% for market orders and 0.12% for limit orders.
For example, if you open a 10x position with 1000 USDT, then your position value is 10000 USDT, the fee is 10000 × 0.0005 = 5 USDT for one open and one close, totaling 10 USDT. If you open three times a day, that’s 30 USDT. This is just the fee for one day; if you trade for 22 days in a month, then your monthly expense will be 660 USDT.
A nice hot pot would only cost around 20 USDT, which means your fees could allow you to eat hot pot every day. Not to mention that some people frequently open positions, resulting in even higher fees. Many people actually don’t lose money in trades; it all comes down to the fees.
Therefore, opening a fee rebate is very necessary. If you don’t, you’re just giving money away to the exchange. After opening it, you can receive a portion back to your account, which is equivalent to getting a trading fund for free.
