why is it that many people don't like to hear the truth? but the more they run from the the truth the more they make loses,

When i was new to crypto, i never at all loved the people who used to go SHOT, I used to think that they are the one stopping prices to pump, i was using emotions in trading, i used to think i new what i was doing yet i was wrong, I took time to learn and I started making my own indicators, now i just know I was the one who did not know what I was doing back then, i see many people are doing the same thing I was doing, they only want prices to pump yet it doesn't work like that, it's better to learn from the bear market it will help in the Bull market,
