However, according to Mr. Tรด Trแบงn Hรฒa (SSC), if by 1/9 Vietnam still has no platform that has been licensed, investors will not yet be penalized under this regulation.
Mr. Hรฒa also said the market is expected to operate 24/7. Organizations have the right to choose the assets to be listed, but they must develop criteria, procedures, and fully disclose information to investors.
In short, the truly important milestone is not 1/9, but the time when the first licensed exchange platform is granted approval and begins operating officially.
