I’ve seen systems where data survived by inertia, not intent. Nothing failed but ownership dissolved with every team change. Walrus ends that quiet liability. Data exists only because its lifespan was explicitly purchased, prepaid, and enforced independent of org charts or memory. When people rotate, reality doesn’t. That clarity removes hesitation from shipping and relocates risk where it belongs: at the moment of decision. Walrus Protocol doesn’t store data it finalizes responsibility.
