$BNB Binance plans to exit the EU market in July; Spain makes it clear there will be no extension
Sina Finance, June 27: Spanish regulators confirmed that the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) will fully take effect on July 1. The end of June is the final compliance deadline, with no exemptions or extensions. At that time, crypto platforms without licenses will lose their operating eligibility. Spain has issued dedicated guidance, abolishing the original advertising rules and clarifying that MiCA applies directly, putting an end to the patchwork regulatory landscape in which member states regulate on their own terms.
