The rules are very simple - users who generate the largest trading volume on the USDC/PLN pair during the activity will receive USDC rewards according to the table below.

What should you do?

1. Register your entry on the activity page.

2. Trade the new USDC/PLN pair and generate the highest trading volume possible.

3. If you trade regularly and systematically (daily) with a trading volume equivalent to at least 1000 USDC, your total volume for the entire promotion period will be multiplied by the multiplier according to the table below!

No problem! We have a few solutions for you:

1. Top up your account using ZEN.

2. Buy USDC using the "Buy with Card" feature.

3. Convert another cryptocurrency to USDC or PLN.

Prizes will be awarded according to the table below. Winners will be announced by BUID number in an additional column of the table after the promotion ends according to the rules.

Contest Rules

1. The promotion is organized by Binance Poland sp. z o.o. ul. Aleje Ujazdowskie 41, 00-540 Warsaw, NIP: 7011106993.

2. The promotion starts on 10/01/2025 at 00:00 (UTC) and ends on 23/01/2025 at 23:59 (UTC).

3. The user must register to participate by clicking "Sign Up" on the activity page.

4. The promotion is aimed at users who meet the following requirements:

   1. Passed KYC verification with a residential address in Poland.

   2. The promotion is only available to Binance VIP 0-3 users with a Polish residential address who have passed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

5. Promotion requirements:

   1. Register your entry on the activity page.

   2. Trade on the new USD/PLN currency pair.

   3. Participants who generate the largest trading volume on the USDC/PLN pair during the Promotion will receive rewards in USDC according to the table below.

   4. The minimum daily trading volume is 1000 USDC.

   5. If a participant trades regularly and systematically (daily) with a trading volume equivalent to at least 1000 USDC, his/her total volume for the entire Promotion period will be multiplied according to the table below:

6. Prizes will be awarded according to the table below. Eligible winners will be announced by BUID number in an additional column of the table after the Promotion ends.

   1. To receive a reward, the user must generate a minimum of 10,000 USDC in turnover on the USDC/PLN pair during the promotion period. The volume is counted without an additional multiplier.

7. Winners will be announced within 10 business days of the end of the promotion and prizes will be shipped within 30 business days of the winners being announced.

8. This promotion cannot be combined with other Binance promotions and offers.

9. Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user if the account is involved in any fraudulent behavior (illegal activities, violation of mandatory laws or internal regulations, wash trading, illegal mass account registrations, cross-account trading, or market manipulation).

10. Binance reserves the right to determine and/or amend or modify these Rules, its terms and conditions and the eligibility criteria, the selection and number of winners, as well as the timing of any actions to be performed, if it is justified by important reasons, such as:

    1. changes in applicable laws or regulations;

    2. obligations arising from legal provisions or decisions issued by common courts or public administration bodies;

    3. provisions relating to anti-money laundering or combating the financing of terrorism;

    4. technical problems beyond our control;

    5. the need to protect users against potential losses;

    6. the need to protect Binance against image losses;

    7. extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

11. In the case of prizes exceeding PLN 2,000, it may be necessary to withhold tax on prizes in the amount of 10%. This tax will be withheld and paid by Binance in accordance with the law, and the prize received by the user will be reduced by its amount (the amounts indicated above are gross amounts). The winners of the competition will be required to provide Binance - within 3 days of confirmation of victory - with information necessary to collect and pay the tax, including the Tax Identification Number. Failure to provide the above information required by law may result in disqualification of the given user and deprivation of their right to the prize.
