Gold remains in a downward structure on the hourly timeframe. Moving averages are sloping downward and exerting sustained pressure, while highs are gradually declining. The bearish trend continues, with prices repeatedly probing lower along the moving averages and weak momentum behind bullish rebounds.
On the 15-minute timeframe, there was only a brief, modest bounce before prices fell again. The rebound failed to break above the short-term moving average and was merely a corrective move during the decline, with no sign of a reversal. The bearish momentum remains unchanged.
Trading strategy: Sell on a rebound into the 4000–4020 range, with targets at 3970, 3950, and 3920, in that order.
New traders know this very well: in trading, execution and risk management are far more important than predicting market moves.
For every trade going forward, the entry, take-profit, and stop-loss levels will all be communicated clearly. Markets change, but stick to the rules and build up gradually.
Trading isn’t always smooth sailing. There are profits, but also pullbacks. What matters is sticking to your rules and making the right trade-offs.
In these recent rounds of trading gold, I captured swing moves and took profits, but also incurred losses when I was stopped out after entering a position.
The market is a game of probabilities. Don’t expect to profit on every trade. Set strict stop-losses and manage your position size. Keep your wins bigger than your losses, and you’ll be more likely to stay on track over the long term.
Follow the market’s rhythm steadily, and patiently wait for opportunities that are right for you.

Last night’s data perk: those of you who shorted gold around 4080 calmly banked 50 points. You can judge the value for yourselves.
Every time, you hesitate and can’t decide which way the market is going. The moment you’re a few points in profit, you want to get out, but when you’re losing, you just keep holding on. How can you ever reach the other shore like that?
The Fed’s rate decision is out: rates remain unchanged, in line with market expectations. The announcement had a limited impact, and the market did not develop a one-way trend. Gold surged to 4069 this morning before coming under pressure and pulling back. Short-term bullish and bearish forces are intensifying. Tonight, the key focus is the core PCE price data, which will directly affect market pricing of the Fed’s future policy.
Gold faced resistance after rising and pulled back, with prices fluctuating around the moving averages. The intraday high of 4069 is strong short-term resistance, while the morning low of 4044 is the first support level. Resistance: 4054‑4057; strong resistance at 4069 Support: 4044; key support at 4024
Trading plan: If prices rebound into the 4055‑4075 range and show signs of stalling, consider a small short position, with an initial target of 4040. If support at 4044 breaks, look for a further move down to 4025$NVDAB $AAPLB #谷歌财报能否守住基本盘 #微软财报能否兑现ai红利
Gold traded in a choppy range today, and we nailed the intraday rhythm to profit on both the long and short sides.
We took profits in batches on the 4060 short from the morning session, securing a total of 45 points. In the afternoon, we called a low-entry long at 4030, capturing another 30 points. That brought the day's total realized profit to 75 points.
Trading isn’t about constantly buying and selling. Read the market structure, stay committed to your positions, manage risk, and leave the rest to the market.
Thank you for your trust. Let’s continue to seize each opportunity and move forward steadily.
Yesterday, gold fell first and then rebounded—we timed the moves perfectly.
In the afternoon, gold prices dipped to the 3980–4000 support zone. We publicly advised everyone to go long once prices stabilized. We entered near 3990, locked in 25 points of profit first, then reached the second target and captured a 35-point move.
Gold has been trading back and forth lately, so keeping pace with the volatile market is key.
There are gains and pullbacks. I don’t expect every trade to win; I only take opportunities that fit my system. When I get the direction right, I hold on to the profits; when I’m wrong, I cut my losses promptly.
Trading always involves both gains and losses. Staying disciplined, managing risk, and building steadily over time is the best approach. $NVDAB $AAPLB #谷歌财报能否守住基本盘 #微软财报能否兑现ai红利
Gold prices found support after dipping to 3975 earlier and rebounded. Yesterday, they surged strongly to touch 4065, breaking out of the previous consolidation range and shifting the market's center of gravity higher. This marked a short-term bullish counterattack, followed by high-level sideways consolidation after the rally.
The one-hour chart maintains a rebound-driven bullish structure, but prices are currently consolidating below the high, with upward momentum clearly slowing. 4080 is a key resistance level. If prices fail to break through and hold above it, this bullish rebound is unlikely to continue, and there is a risk of a short-term pullback.
A reminder: The broader bearish trend has not been overturned by this rebound. This rise is only a short-term recovery after a sharp decline, not a trend reversal. Don't be misled by the short-term rally, and do not blindly chase long positions.
Trading plan: Look to enter short positions in the 4060–4080 rebound zone, targeting 4020 and 4000.
