Looking Back at 2025

In the previous year, the Stellar Development Foundation released a revised blueprint regarding the management of entrusted XLM to support, expand, and fortify the Stellar ecosystem. Upholding our commitment to clarity and transparency regarding fund allocation, we executed a transfer of 2,738,473,022 XLM today. This transaction moved funds from the Growth 3 wallet (GDUY7J7A33TQWOSOQGDO776GGLM3UQERL4J3SPT56F6YS4ID7MLDERI4) to the Assets and Liquidity account (GAMGGUQKKJ637ILVDOSCT5X7HYSZDUPGXSUW67B2UKMG2HEN5TPWN3LQ).

We have observed a successful series of developments within the ecosystem this past week. Here is a refreshed look at the latest Stellar network milestones.

To begin, the onchain investing interface @normalfi is now active on the Stellar network. In another major update, @xBullCorp introduced tokenized vaults designed for USDC and EURC. These Stellar Classic assets permit usage while maintaining exposure to @blend_capital.

Community members have new ways to participate as well. @SoroswapFinance now permits users to deposit funds into a vault for the Soroswap Earn Raffle, available at https://t.co/qCqP36P32i while @BeansApp has rolled out a $1,000 USDC Earn Challenge.

Regarding real-world applications, Bogotá and the UNDP are employing @Decaf_so to run a pilot for minimum income support using digital dollar transfers. Additionally, @FreedomPayWalet has integrated with @MoneyGram, unlocking service in 170+ countries and offering 30+ cash-in locations.

Finally, full end-to-end support for Stellar wallets was announced by @TemplarProtocol.
